From 5PM we have our Valentines Set Menu for couples who are maybe wanting a little more of an intimate setting!

Choose from either 2 courses @ £40 per person or 3 courses @ £45 per person, both to include a mini bottle of Prosecco on arrival.

There are some beautiful options from Steak Tartare, to Pan Fried Duck Breast and a Sharing Chocolate Fondue to finish how could you resist, pre-order is encouraged to avoid disappointment however it is not required.

Returning for its 3rd year we hope this one is just as festive and can once again bring the village together at this wonderful time of the year!

The pub will be filled with small local businesses and festive cheer, with up to 25 stall offering you everything from personalised gifts, painting and homemade crafts to sweet treats for all the family! Pizzas will be served from our outside oven and our homemade sausage rolls will also be making an appearance again this year, as these were a sell out last year!!

Santa has also been on the phone and he has offered to visit us for the afternoon where he will be meeting and greeting with children… and he has even mentioned about an early present for everyone!! (Meet and Greets are £5 per child which includes a gift). We may also have a children’s book reading in our grotto area - (more information to follow on this) with a children’s face painter also on site, so there is plenty for the children to do throughout the day.

Live music will be brought to us again by Mark Struthers of Black and White playing from 12-5pm in the TIPI. There will be multiple acts throughout the day bringing us an array of different music genres.

Are you feeling lucky?? Do you fancy a night to dress to impress??

On Saturday November 22 we will be hosting our very first Casino Night here at The Red Lion

Tickets are £100 per person and include:

- A 3 course set menu

- Wine on the table

- Approx 3 hours of play in our Fun Casino

- Live Music

The theme is James Bond Glamour or Black Tie so dust off that old tuxe or ball gown and join us for a night of pure entertainment

Tickets are now available to purchase please visit the bar and one of our team will be more than happy to assist you! There will be no tickets sold online so please do not fall in to the hands of scammers… they have tried it before!

Let the games begin. Life is short, indulge yourself once in a while!

This year Halloween falls on a Friday so all the more excuse to have a party!

We will be hosting two parties this year;

Kids Mini Disco from 5pm

There will be prizes for the best dressed and we will also have many tricks and treats for them to enjoy

Adults Disco (over 18’s only) from 8pm

Fancy dress is not compulsory but any one in fancy dress will receive their first drink on us (single drinks only and from the house range). The adults can also enjoy prizes for best dressed and a couple of trick and treats thrown in there too!

Entry to both are free and open to all. We look forward to seeing all the weird and wonderful costumes you come up with this year!! There are a couple from last year which may be hard to beat
